“To serve one another, humbly in love”: to what extent does that phrase describe how you use your freedom – at home, in your community, at work?
When you hear the phrase “serve one another,” who springs to mind for you? Who, specifically, is Jesus calling you to serve – and what can you do, this week, to respond to that call?
What kind of fruit is your life bearing? When you look at Paul’s two lists – the acts of the flesh and the fruit of the Spirit – which one more accurately reflects your life? And why?
To what extent do you use your freedom and your resources to satisfy your own cravings and desires, and to what extent do you use them to serve others?
